If you’re not happy for any reason, even after 11 months of use, you don’t need to explain why. Just reach out and we’ll walk you through the return.

What that means for you

• Return your machine within 1 year of receiving it, for any reason
• We’ll refund your purchase price, less a $200 restocking fee
• Shipping, taxes, and duty costs are non-refundable
• Normal wear and tear is expected and won’t affect your refund. Damage beyond that may reduce the refund amount

One important note

This guarantee applies only to machines purchased directly from us at aquacure.life. If you bought your AquaCure through a third party, a distributor, or a marketplace like eBay, you’ll need to check their return policy. Buying elsewhere doesn’t make you our customer, so it doesn’t come with our satisfaction guarantee.
