Can I heat the bubbled water to make tea, coffee or oatmeal?
Heating the water drives out all the goodnesses (hydrogen, ExW, frequencies, etc.) Cold water holds more goodness.
That’s why you use hot water if you want to make clear (bubble free) ice cubes. Heating the water drives out the gasses.
