He wanted Brown\u2019s Gas because it had properties that he wanted.<\/p>\n<p>At the time (1991) Mr. Wiseman could not afford to buy a Brown\u2019s Gas machine. He applied his considerable innovative resources to build his own. By applying techniques learned during his\u00a0<dfn style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-style: italic;\" title=\"Energy you did not have to pay anyone for; (There is still the cost of whatever apparatus you use to gather the energy and convert it to a usable form &lt;em&gt;example;&lt;\/em&gt; water flowing in a stream can be put through some type of 'turbine' that converts the free energy of water movement into electricity for use.)\">Free Energy<\/dfn>\u00a0research, he ended up with a technology that was\u00a0half the size and weight, while being twice as efficient as traditional electrolyzers.
